What we'll cover:
Do you know what you are here for? Do you have a desire to break out of the mold you've created for yourself and actually DO what you wish to do? We'll examine those soul nudges and how to begin honoring them more.
OR, if you have no idea what you're interested in, I'll share many of the tools I've explored to get to know myself better. From astrology and numerology, human design to a variety of more academic approaches to personality assessments, I'll share the treasure box I've created for myself to see what you'd like to add to your own!
Do you have a hard time making decisions? Or, do you have an on-point intuitive knowing but have a really hard time trusting that intuition.
This path within the Sense of Self pathway will help you understand what keeps you stuck or in indecision and will provide activities and practices to experiment with that strengthen this area and begin to shift how you move through the world.
Taking a deep dive into the corners and crevices of our emotions can feel scary but we have to get honest with ourselves about how we really feel - and begin examining where those feelings come from - to truly honor ourselves.
A truly gentle and trauma-aware approach guides the way here with a variety of practices, exercises and activities that may support, heal and grow your emotional connection to Self.
I've found many over the years who have no idea what actually makes them feel good/calm/how to self-regulate.
This is a hugely impactful area of self-exploration and for me, helped me realize I'd lived my entire life with a dysregulated nervous system. Once I addressed this (by coming to understand where it came from), and felt what a REGULATED nervous system felt like, the whole game changed.
Making decisions is easier because your body TELLS you which direction to move in.
Tools like breath work, sound healing, mediation, essential oils and more can be explored at your Soul's calling to find what soothes YOUR Soul.
You understand, intellectually, that exercise supports your physical health and impacts brain chemistry to directly impact your emotional well-being, but have you found what you actually ENJOY doing?
Together, we'll explore the magnificence of the human body, and discover what you are drawn to and ENJOY so you can integrate daily movement into your life.
When you discover what aligns with your physical ability and preference, and you begin experiencing those naturally occurring chemiclas your brain releases when you do, you'll actually begin looking forward to this part of your day!
Do you know how much sleep your unique body needs? You know solid sleep is crucial for the emotional and mental bodies to perform optimally, but are you honoring your needs in this area? Have you discovered the unique ways you can support yourself here?
People often discover through self-exploration in this area that they are in fact not getting adequate sleep and rest.
We will debunk much of the internal dialogue we have - handed to us in many way through our conditioning - to find and honor YOUR natural rhythm.
How healthy are your relationships? Do you put energy into relationships you don't even want to be in? Do you pour into the ones that you do?
This is a safe place to explore the truth of your Soul and begin examining any patterns you may notice about the state of your relationships.
This can apply to friends, family, intimate, work . . . any relationships, really. When we begin to assess where we're putting our energy, oftentimes we realize it's time for a reallocation.
