We'll start with an in-depth holistic health inquiry that takes into consideration the following key components of your physical health, based on information taught at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
From there, led by your intuition but with my guidance and support, you will chart your course for the coming 8 weeks to determine where you wish to primarily focus, explore, make changes and get into action!
This IS a foundation that needs not be overlooked, but oftentimes is, even by those already well along their awakening/healing path.
What we'll cover:
How we feed our bodies matters, and there is no one "right" way for everybody. Finding what works for YOU can be a fun and life-changing exploration.
If you choose to focus here, we'll dig into and explore gut health, supplementation, elimination diets, simple, effective and fun ways to meal plan and fall in love with cooking at home, "crowding out," intermittent fasting, bio-individualized diet, and so much more!
All of our bodies are different but they all need some sort of regular activity.
Experimenting with fun, effective ways to move your body more and creating time in your day to prioritize movement will be our focus here, if that's what you know you need more of.
With years of experience in many types of yoga, a variety of cardio, muscle-toning and building, and a variety of ways to simply have fun moving, we WILL find something you love and that makes you feel so AMAZING in your body, you'll begin looking forward to prioritizing this foundation of health on the daily!
Another often overlooked foundational piece to our physical health, sleep - solid sleep - is crucial for our physical and mental bodies to perform optimally. If you struggle here, we'll prioritize this to find solutions that work for YOU. I have a whole bag of tricks that WILL change the quality of your sleep.
Rest is of great importance too and in our busy culture has been neglected for many of us. Learning to tune into your own body's rhythm is one of the most beautiful gifts you can give to your physical health. If you have a hard time slowing down or feel tired often, this may be a great place to start.
When we think of our physical health, we don't always think about the bigger picture of our life.
Do you feel safe in your home, your neighborhood, your town or city? Does life feel fairly stable or is your day-to-day immersed in chaos and crisis? Do you have plenty of healthy, social support? These things all impact our stress levels tremendously. If any of these questions give you pause, we will explore options and tools to help create a more secure physical existence while tending to the energetic side of things, as well.
Deep healing is availbale here, as I have much experience to pull from, both personally and with clients.
One of the most common stressors according to the American Psychological Association is financial worry. Not having enough, feeling incompetent in managing it, carrying boatloads of debt, fear about the future . . . these are all contributors to high levels of stress that can negatively impact our health.
We do not heal our relationship with money overnight, but we can begin re-writing our story by choosing to address this one area of our lives, weekly. Armed with very real tools and support, choosing to begin relating to your money differently can yield some very significant results in a surprisingly short amount of time.
The link between physical and emotional health is clear. An exploration of physical symptoms oftentimes reveals dietary causation and/or underlying emotional disregulation. And vice-versa: emotional exploration - and the processing of stuck feelings - can, and sometimes does, alleviate p physical symptoms that have been plaguing people for years.
The SōL Adventurer's gentle and trauma-aware approach to exploring the wide range of human emotion will set you on the path to being in harmony, allowing you to experience the full spectrum of feeling what it means to be alive. And trusting yourself to know when it's time to call in outside support.
Directly tied to how safe you feel in the world - how guided, supported and provided for you feel - your sense of connection to Spirit, your faith in a power greater than yourself can have a tremendous impact on our emotional well-being, and thus, our physical well-being.
Beginning to more mindfully cultivate this very personal relationship with Spirit, discover ways that speak to your Soul and allow you to tap into the Great Mystery more regularly and reverently can change how we move through the day, and experience life.

Beliefs & Energy: Exploring belief systems, understanding how subconscious beliefs can hijack our experiences and dismantling old stories that no longer serve so we can step into a new time-line is not only helpful, it's an integral part in every part of the SōL Pathways. This immersive experience builds on the work we do in the Visioning Playshop and prepares us for Time-Bending!
Time-Bending: Working with your real-life schedule to include the things that matter to you, the SōL Adventure approach to time is super-simple and simultaneously life-altering. You will never approach your day the same and you will never have too many things on your to-do list again!
