The SōL Adventurer is a guided, intuitively led and grounded approach to consciously creating a more authentic and vibrant life experience.
Designed to support a full year of conscious creation, healing, connection and action, the Pathways are divided into 6 areas of focus, each running 2 months, so you can take your journey one step at a time AND in your own time! After completing the 3 foundational workshops and the Physical pathway, you pick where to explore next and how (or if) to continue after each 2-month Pathway.

Physical health: the foundation of it all. We don’t have to do it perfectly, but we CAN do it better.
This "Back to the Basics" playbook and online healing community provides the fundamentals to building a more loving and supportive relationship with your physical body. If you know it's time to reassess this part of your life, the Physical Pathway explores easy, applicable (and actionable!) tips, resources & practices to more consciously love on your body. And we'll have fun exploring - TOGETHER!
This life is an adventure; build and nurture a relationship with your body that's energized and strong enough to explore it!

If your physical health is pretty well dialed in, but you've come to understand that your emotions are either driving the car (been there!) or are habitually stuffed in the trunk (also been there), this may be the Pathway to start with.
Exploring what emotional health means to YOU and taking steps towards learning to dance with them can and will shift the fiber of your day-to-day. I’ll share how I dance with mine and help you find support, resources and offer practices to help you keep your emotions in the back seat!

How do you know WHAT you want to create going forward if you’ve been so busy taking care of everyone else - or are immersed in a life that doesn't even feel like yours - that you have no idea what your Soul Truth IS? How do you authentically communicate to maintain healthy relationships, spend your time how you wish, contribute in a way that feels invigorating and purposeful? How do you do those things If you feel totally disconnected from Self?
Relationship with Self is right up there with how you take care of your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.
On this Path, we’ll explore:
We need each other. We need healthy relationships, community and a sense of belonging for optimal health and enjoyment of this life. If you feel alone, have conflicted or very few family/friend relationships or you struggle with intimate partners, this may be the place to start.
We’ll explore these areas and I’ll offer support, practices and resources that helpe me navigate:
Have you noticed when you’re doing work in the world - and engaging in play and creative endeavors - that fill your cup, you feel more vibrant and ALIVE? The money seems to flow effortlessly and you are consciously choosing how you express yourself in the world? If this sounds like a dream, know you CAN create a life of authentic expression and choose how you contribute to the world . . . IF you've got all those other basics dialed in pretty well.

Maybe your diet and how you move your body are DIALED in. Your relationships are (mostly) supportive and you love your job, or are headed in a better direction, but something still feels like it’s missing…
Recognizing, appreciating and learning to tap into and consciously connect with the Great Mystery, Good Orderly Direction, Spirit, Source and all other names that point to the One is the focus of this Pathway. We're lookng to explore and find ways that help YOU feel connected, protected, provided for and GRATEFUL.
This is often THE most neglected part of the "health and wellness" world but is what is propelling the Higher Consciousness our planet is currently experiencing.
