Philosophy
Everything on the healing and awakening path is interconnected.
"Health" isn't only how you feed or move your body - though those things ARE super-important; it's also how you move with and through your emotions, the health of your relationships, how you view and handle money and the alignment with the work your do in the world. It's how connected you feel spiritually AND how well you know and love YOURSELF.
Though beautiful, the journey of self-discovery and conscious creation can be overwhelming; oftentimes we don't know where or how to start and have very little grounded framework from which to work.
The SōL Adventurer pathways provide foundational tools, practices and information to support, guide and help you consciously create the life you envision, honing your intuitive knowing and trust in yourself each step of the way.
Visioning
A methodical approach to creating a life you love - and feeling good in your body - VISIONING is an imperative first step in the process. In recent years, vision boards have gotten a bad wrap as in - "don't work." Consciously creating the life you desire is an art, and takes practice. Join me here to learn more about the SŌL Adventurer visioning process and how it gives us something to work from as we journey together.
Meet becki
As a certified holistic health coach, SōL adventurer, and lifelong seeker of "another way", becki ruh is dedicated to supporting individuals on their own healing journey as they discover what a consciously created life would be and feel like for them!
With a background in advertising and marketing in her previous life, becki realized the corporate world was not what joy, vitality & truth felt like to her, prompting a transformative shift towards holistic healing in 2014, where she took her first huge leap!
Services
Small-group coaching for those on any pathway of the SōL Adventure, which includes free attendance at all workshops, and one private session per 8-weeks.
Stand-alone online workshops announced regularly and one-on-one private coaching has very limited availability.
